Restaurants & Retail
A restaurant, bar or retail outlet is not just another building project and it is not a collection of building materials; it is a business, a service, a work environment and it has its own unique character. Corporate
At panther management, we draw on our roots in the theatre to deliver using tried, tested and refined production management systems to bring together all of the complex logistical and technical elements that contribute to the final product; the show; the magic. When the details are handled effortlessly, the show itself is free to take life.
Theatre
panther management's founding partners, Brian Low and David James, both started off in theatre. As anyone who has worked in theatre knows, it is a bug and once you have it, you've got it for life. Our area of expertise is in production management and technical direction.
We have worked as owner’s representatives with the project management teams building theatres. We have also worked extensively with designers, engineers and builders to create sets for some of Broadway's largest commercial musicals.
Live Music & Festivals
Intimate club shows, massive outdoor festivals, single shows, world tours and anything in between - we have done them all. We have the experience and expertise required to plan, budget, design, pre-produce, set up, run, tear down and manage every production detail as well as provide complete financial and administrative management.
Special Events
Different events require different sensibilities; theatre requires a different touch than rock & roll, and vice versa. Outside of our "usual" projects in theatre, live music and corporate events, there are several projects that simply defy traditional event categories.
